Looks like lift UM 12-1 - I'm not sure, if all of them were "UM 12-1 MA-33" or was it only one of subtypes. If this lift was in production program before 1987 (let's say was introduced between 1983-86), it also could have model name in old naming format - 25xx/xx. In 1982 brochure it is still absent.
