3600 or 3700. More of the bus would help. |

3700 or 3800-Series if a full-size bus. Could go with 3000-Series. Yes, Thomas Built. |

Does anybody else see how short the cowl is, though? This is why I think it could only be either 3600 or 3700. -- Last edit: 2018-03-25 13:48:42 |

The 3600 was a chassis custom-designed for the Vista from Thomas Built Buses 3600 - https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/57/Thomas_Vista.jpg Wipers on the above bus are mounted in the usual Thomas position above the windshield. From 1989 to 1994, International offered two versions of its conventional school bus chassis (as it had with the S-Series). The 3700 was the lighter-GVWR model of the lineup; only minor differences in powertrain and weight ratings differentiated it from the 3800. The 3700 only was produced with the 7.3 engine. After 1994, the 3700 was discontinued. 3700 - https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/58/Old_Thomas_Built_3700.jpg Definitely not a 3600. Perhaps it looks short because of the angle of the pic. -- Last edit: 2018-03-27 17:16:04 |
