It should be [GC22], the wider version of the Vanette, called Vanette Largo in Japan, and just Vanette in european countries. No idea about HK. |

There is another Vanette in the background in the left lane. The C22 Vanette was discontinued in 1994, so perhaps this could be a delivery run of grey-import vans up to the mainland Chinese border? For what it's owrth, the Guangdong provincial government relaxed car import rules during the 1990s to stimulate the local car industry. Vehicles with some parts removed could be imported as parts, paying lower import duty, and then reassembled and sold as domestic products.
