It's a false number plate though. |

What difference comes between the model of the car and it's number plate? |
◊ 2007-06-27 20:29 |
it can be a plate from another car, or simply a fake plate that does not exist ![]() |

With UK plates you can usually find the make, year and sometimes even model of a car. e.g.: /vehicle_113291-Vauxhall-Vectra-2003.html But for this movie most was made in Bulgaria with fake plates put on the cars. -- Last edit: 2007-06-27 20:58:50 |

By tag over the plate seems one of Minis made thru 1970 to 1980 and sold without Austin or Morris badging by BL Dealers'sales network |

Isn't it a late model and therefor a Rover? |

If you're basing that on the number plate, ignore it because it's fake. |

Its definitely a fake plate. The 03 in the plate indicates the car was a late 03 model when new, but UK law states that you cannot put a plate on a car that would make it seem newer than it actually is. In 2003 that model mini was gone and had already been replaced with the new BMW designed model. |

See /vehicle_113279-MG-F.html - it's a 1968+ Mk2 Mini with exposed door hinges - Cooper-ish grille but could be replacement. -- Last edit: 2012-02-08 17:11:04 |
