Looks like a 1951 Series Seventy-Five [86], though I cannot exclude the 52 version [8680S]. |

I'd rather say this is a 1952. Below the headlighrts, the 51 models have a kind of mini-eggcrate grille, and the 52 a small winged emblem. This seems to be the case here. Also, it's not just a Seventy-Five. The roofline is much too high. It has to be a hearse or funeral car, probably by Superior. |

I aqgree with "Ray B.". It's a professional car on the 1952 Cadillac commercial chassis. I wouldn't care to take a guess at the coach-builder, although its obviously a Hi-Top ambulance style. |
