We sort-of-think there was Primera assembly in Taiwan, but nobody is very sure either way. If not, would UK builds have spread this far?? |

UK factory built LHD Primeras for Europe, as it has done for most of its products. Similarly Toyota (Derby) and Honda (Swindon) - British factories provide a gateway into Europe. So now with Brexit looming, they're all insisting that UK maintains free trade deals with EU, or they'll relocate. |

Vauxhall/Opel, too. They produce LHD cars in Britain and RHD in Continental Europe. My Vauxhall Vectra MkII is pure Made in Germany, even the Vauxhall-badges and logos are from here. |
