This is Euro-Cargo cabine, what can makes it Iveco-Ford by the location. Rounded painted plastic below door step is unusual. Similar cabines of Iveco were also used by Seddon Atkinson, but I can't find any enough similar Seddon. |

So it is Iveco-Ford Cargo with removed Ford badge or Iveco EuroCargo. Wiki says British Iveco-Ford plant was closed in 1997, so I guess 1997 is the year when it was renamed to "Iveco EuroCargo" also there.
