Hikux wasn't (well,still isn't now) that normal to see at Taiwanese street back than..(The JDM models were ban from import back than ,and for un-official USDM imports,hte importers pefer to import sedans back than(as the Off-roaders and pick-up trucks weren't popular back than) (And,YES,I'm sure this sence was in TW,as the lisence plate style(white base,thick not thin...CN have blue base thin plate,HK has thin Plate....and the scooter in back ground has a green base plate(the format used for scooters that has a engine under 50cc here in TW),the street style(standard 90's TW street),and the Tradetional Chinese letters sign(if is in China,than those should be simple Chinese letters) are all telling this is in TW.....and the yellow car behind the Toyota look like a Ford Laser Taxi to me.)
