 So the 2nd series was intro. in Spain in 09.1976 (es.wikipiedia), but does this pic also proves that FASA also made 1st series R12s only with 1st type of roof for entire prod. period?

 Interesting, but after all not unusual, eg. FASA didn't make 2nd series R10s at all.
