There were no "Series 60" cars in 1948, only the "Series 60 Special" (that one had "Fleetwood", in chrome script, across the trunk lid, in place of a "V" and crest). This is probably a "Series 61" sedan, style 6169 from 1948 or 1949 (the handle disappeared with the 1950 models). Pity you can't see just above the rear bumper, to check for reversing lights (1949). |
