jpts ◊ 2019-05-31 07:41	This scene was an reenactment of the murder of Gambino's Underboss, Frank DeCicco who was blown up in his car by associate of the Genovese Crime Family, Herbert Pate under orders of the boss of Lucchese Crime Family, Vittorio "Victor" Amuso and Lucchese Underboss, Anthony "Gaspipe" Casso outside the Veterans & Friends Social Club in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn on the morning of the 13th April 1986. According to Casso, following the murders of Paul Castellano and Thomas Bilotti, Castellano's ally and boss of Genovese Crime Family, Vincent "Chin" Gigante had found out that Gotti had ordered the hit on Castellano and Bilotti and had wanted to kill Gotti and DeCicco in retaliation as Gotti had violated another Mafia Commission's Rule that forbids any member of the Mafia from killing or ordering the murder of the head of a crime family without the Commission's approval. As Castellano's successor as Chairman of the Mafia Commission, Gigante had turned to Amuso and Casso to kill Gotti and DeCicco who in turn, enlisted Pate to provide the IED bomb and place the bomb to the underside of the car.
