It's on the Autobahn A7 southbound, just behind the exit of the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elbe_Tunnel_(1975) In the background the https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%B6hlbrandbr%C3%BCcke Important notice: the cushions of the iron ropes, holding the whole construction, are K 70-shock absorbers  Fortunately there was for that purpose a remanfacturing some years ago by Bilstein.
