 I suspect Büssing, or maybe Setra, this is foreign-bodied bus.

 It is a 1954 Krauss-Maffei KMO 160 like that of Barny Berlin
Gottlob Auwärter made the coachwork famous for his Neoplan busses
and counterpart of Kässbohrer Setra.
Here a very similar looking Büssing TU 4500

 As far as I know the bus company 'Suomen Turistiauto' didn't operate Kraus-Maffei buses. They had a fleet of about a dozen Büssing tourist buses which had a coachwork by Emmelmann.
