Separate parking/turn signal lights suggests this car is late 3000 Mark III (BJ8), Phase 2 car, and much later than a '64.

This is a Fan Question, about the Austin Healey, answered by Curt Smith, the Austin Healey's driver of that Video:

"My dad is the original owner of his 1966 Austin-Healey 3000 Mark III. It is British Green. We would love to know why the Austin-Healey was chosen as the car you drove in the EWTRTW video. Did it belong to anyone involved with the video? We still enjoy watching the video and seeing the car just like the one out in dad's garage. Thanks!"
Jennifer

Kurt Smith:
"We wanted an old English sports car that was like my own. I owned (and still have to this day) a 1959 Triumph TR3A, we couldn't find one for the shoot and the Austin Healey was the closest.
in".
