Hey Junkman- do you mean a 1978 or 1979 Camaro Z-28?? I thought the 78/79 models had the forward facing (closed) "scoop" in front, while the 80/81 models had a solenoid operated functioning rear opening scoop. Visually they did not have an opening in front. |

Tuske427, I believe you're referring to the "Cowl Induction" fresh air system employed on the 70 to 73 Chevelle SS. |

Tuske is correct about the hoods...it's a 1979 Z28, specifically (lower front spoiler). |
