Interesting: It looks like a 2CV AZAM (chromes, paper-clip bumpers) of 1966+ (short strip on the bonnet and the double chevrons above the grille). But it seems to be a Belgian built AZAM 6 (with AMI 6 engine; they were exported to Italy, indeed): The colour (Rouge Cornaline, AC 419) has never been available on French 2CVs; the headlights have a different colour (Gris Rosé, AC 136); there seem to be rectangular indicators on the front of the front wings (like on the French 2CV Export). The big indicators on the rear sides weren't used in Belgian or Dutch models, but they were in German models (built in Belgium). So this will be a 1966/1967 Citroën 2CV AZAM 6, made in Belgium. |

Not for I because 2CV imports to Italy stopped in 1966 since nobody wanted it here. In 1976, as many people had been demanding it for some years, the car was inported again and had quite a good success. Result of the oil embargo conseguencies in the 70s...!!! |
