But I'm afraid the B15 is a generation too old I think Buc84 is right in supposing that it is a coberted sedan, since this type of wings was never used on commercial vehicles, as far as I know. The front wing has a vertical part behind the wheel ('bavolet' in French), which was introduced in January 1934 on the 'Rosalie' series 8 NH, 10 NH Légère, 10 NH and 15 NH (NH = Nouvelle Habillage, New Version). Because of the size/wheelbase I'd go for the 'Rosalie' 10 NH (1934) as oldest possiblity. But it could also be a bit newer: 10CV or 11CV from the second half of 1934, or (7 UA or) 11 UA from January 1935 till September 1938...
