That is a 1983 Oldsmobile Delta 88.

I could have sworn that the grill/headlights looked like a 1980 Chevrolet Impala:

Any thoughts?

Actually,I think it's neither one......but the first two guesses are both 1/3 right! It looks more like a "1980"..."Oldsmobile"....Cutlass Calais!!

The 1980 Cutlass had hi/lo combo headlight rather than four-eyes. But on second glance, it doesn't look like a full-size. It's possible that it is a 1985 Cutlass Supreme sedan.

1978-79 was a "2 Light"(Hi/Lo) car,1980 have quads.(Much like the 4dr ones after 1980)And it's not a Supreme,those have a different grille? It's either a Calais or a (rare,under 3000 made?)1980 442??

The grille doesn't go up above the top of the headlights like these 1980 Cutlass coupes:

The Calais doesn't have the thicker bright piece below the headlights:

The coupe from '81 up would have a slope right below the headlights like this:

If it's a Cutlass, it's a '81+ four-door because of the thicker bright piece below the headlight:

And I say it's an '85 because of the grille:

It well could be a later 4dr car (used same header panel as 1980 Calais/442) Still looks '80 Calais, but light not greatest, and a person is standing in the middle of it's grille, blocking a 2nd identifer(is it chromed or painted between the grilles) I also was high(very)on how many 442's were built in '80......only 882 made!!

Looks like Oldsmobile G platform to me. Wide parking/turn signal lens on the bumper.

It's a 1980 Olds Cutlass Supreme, note the bumpers are different, and this car is too narrow to be a full sized Chevy.
