speculation: unique ponton modification done after accident / war treatment by local coachbuilder ~ 1950 with slightly upturned nose
will be hard to identify with Italy beeing 'the Mekka' of local coachbuilders,

 This is not a 635 RN (too short) but a Dalla Via bodied Fiat 632 RN, hence the non.Fiat looking front grille.
