Vans were never sold here, so private import. Fake plate - GWL never issued with J. Plus it looks very shiny new (or a repaint??) and rectangular lights, so mid-late 70s?? |

They were sold in the UK, or was it exclusive to Gibraltar? /vehicle_478504-Citroën-2CV-AK-400-1975.html Spanish and French 2CVs vans never had the plate mounting on the door but it was used on Dutch and German markets...1975-78 in any case. -- Last edit: 2024-11-24 12:35:27 |

As said before, never listed here. J plates used 70-71 so don't match. Also noted an unlit rear plate is illegal, so its position above the door would not be allowed. However it looks RHD, which poses the question where it might have come from. Did they make RHDs for Med islands such as Malta or Cyprus? Or Israel?? Gib was LHD and your linked example is Jersey. |
