Is that a Saviem badge above the Renault emblem ? |

It is Heuliez bodywork on SG 4 or SG 5 chassis and letters above grille seem to be the later type of Heuliez badging (for "Saviem" they are too close to each other). So far all Saviems with this body seen on Google doesn't have Renault badge placed this way, in centre of grille. Here is one, but from 1980: http://autocarsanciensdefrance.fr/collection-autocars.php?p=16 1980 so already rather a Renault than Saviem, but it has different taillamps than the one in movie... |

It could be that one, if restored. Anyway, it's built either on an SG4 or SG5 chassis, according to these brochures. http://lesrenaultdepapier.fr/CouverturesCatas/SaviemHeuiliezCheyenne_75.JPG http://lesrenaultdepapier.fr/CouverturesCatas/SaviemHeuiliezCheyenne_77.JPG |
