I did not find much info about a "405 Iran" ![]() On the Iran Khodro site they just call it "Peugeot 405". There is also a strange restyled 405 called "Peugeot Persia" or "Peugeot Pars" (at the same time I discovered the "Tondar 90" which is the Renault Logan MCV) -- Last edit: 2007-08-01 18:28:11 |

'405 Iran': Link to "groups.msn.com" http://groups.msn.com/peykan/iranianmadeautomobiles.msnw?Page=1 Same was in article about this car, but you can rename it. Iran Khodro-Peugeot, I'm not sure if it would be correct. In "Samochody..." they sometimes adding plant/company name to the make. -- Last edit: 2007-08-01 20:42:15 |

That's a Peugeot Pars (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_Pars), which is not necessarily the car in the film. Iran Khodro also makes the original 405 and a car called the Peugeot RD, which has a 405 body but is rear-wheel drive. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peugeot_405 |

Doesn't look so bad. This RD is really interesting. -- Last edit: 2007-08-01 21:55:12 |

I found that one too, but it is the only one found, and does not look so official. Which catalogues? On their site they do not add the name of the company in front of the name of the car. They seem to just say that they build it and they call it "Peugeot 405" : http://www.ikco.com/products/405.aspx -- Last edit: 2007-08-01 21:58:03 |
