 According to Allpar:
"Chrysler did not reappear on the market until 1992 when a local dealer, Sidway S.a, set up shop and began importing nearly the full line, from Shadow to Neon, all branded as Chrysler or Jeep except the Dodge Viper and Dakota. Instead of bringing in the Chrysler Cirrus, they rebranded the Stratus to Chrysler Stratus."

Those are Cirrus rear lights. I would guess an import. Neither the Dodge Stratus or Plymouth Breeze had them. Also note the line on the trunk, only the Cirrus had one like that.

I would name this a 1995-99 Cirrus. I can barely make out the Cirrus badges on the trunk but they are there. LXi trim level also it looks like.
