According to Fire Wiki, the North Bay Fire and Emergency Services has 2 Mack MRs on it's roster (as retired apparatus) - a 1988 MR686P / Hub (1050/500) that's an engine/pumper, and a 1992 MR688P/Dependable heavy rescue without a pump.
