That truck doesn't appear to have the new Workstar headlights.

WorkStar is part of the model name, not a trim level. The truck you referenced, I was incorrect there, it isn't a WorkStar either.

The WorkStar name, like DuraStar for the smaller trucks, didn't start use until 2008.

As you noted the new headlights are the easiest way to tell them apart from the older 7000 series.
