Seems to be a doctor's coupe - a precursor to the Personal Luxury Car then?? The dog seems to be a poodle. |

This is a tough one. Looking through some opera coupes/landaulets, but none look exactly like this. Would say a 1916 National. Note the lightning bolt-style crease below the windscreen and the drip rail that goes around the roof: Link to "i.pinimg.com" |

1917 is a little closer, now LHD, but we're still not quite there: Link to "s3-chuckstoyland-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com" 1918-19 dropped the coupe, it returned for 1920 in a new shape. -- Last edit: 2023-10-08 17:46:31 |

In the meantime I am now absolutely sure on my assessment, it’s just a question of perspective. Away from my books but you can go ahead and list it as 1917 National unknown. -- Last edit: 2024-02-26 18:18:38 |
