I would say it is a Ford V-8 (1936). |

Lincoln Zephyr 1936 as spotted by windshield contour unchromed windshield frame and veed bumper in their center( Ford's were straight). However this unit has non original free standing headlights unlike the original Zephyr headlights integrated in the front fenders and this makes it looking very odd. |

As the car was more than 20 years old when this was shot I would guess that the genuine lenses were not available in Europe and they have been replaced with a local item. Like many Zephyrs, its V12 has possibly been replaced with a V8 as well. |

For the headlights of this Lincoln Zephyr 1936 possibly the same explanation as DynaMikes ' comments on the Peugeot 202 |

Lincolns were sold (and built) in Holland with their headlights integrated in the fenders, since they were less than 40 cm from the side of the car. But anyway, I'm convinced it's a Zephyr shown here. -- Last edit: 2007-08-14 13:05:35 |
