 Evidence of pre-1974 certainly, but why not a 1968 or 1969 :??:
Maybe the colour?

 My rule of thumb is tints came with 3.0, ditto I think door mirror (previously on wing for 2800). There is also something about the front bumper which I'm not definite about, but 2800 and early 3.0 had dip in centre (as here), late 3.0 had straight.
