Must be a very early Terex; General Motors coined the Terex name in 1968 (and did not begin US sales until 1972) after they were required to sell off Euclid - there was an anti-trust lawsuit and a legal settlement involved with all that. 1968-1972 Terex trucks were built in Canada and Scotland, but were essentially identical to the old Euclids.
