The NG on the right is already listed, so it must be for the left one, which is Skoda-LIAZ 100/110. Because, I would say Czech LIAZ was not so usual in Yugoslavia/Macedonia, then perhaps its Bulgarian version - the Madara-LIAZ - also is possible.
