The livery threw me for a bit - it's a Plaxton President bodied PVL class Volvo B7TL from London Central's commercial fleet. Not necessarily this individual vehicle, but compare https://www.flickr.com/photos/east_lancs/35646391802/ . The non standard white stripe is partly obscured by an advertising board. The bus would have been hired in for filming, since route 221 isn't a London Central route. |

From your link, the previous photo shows GoAhead's Plaxton Presidents having lower deck side wndows of different sizes... https://www.flickr.com/photos/east_lancs/34975639714/in/photostream/ ...when this one has an uninterrupted "beltline". I'd go for an East Lancs body. |

I've taken a look at the movie, and you're right - here's an interior shot, and proof of the value of posting more than one frame - ![]() Have to admit I was thinking of the Myllennium, which was why I discounted it. My comments about the livery hold, though - here's an example parked next to a Plaxton President: https://www.flickr.com/photos/61008783@N06/16549948243 |
