After spending more than a decade working here from 1993 onwards, I stopped trusting additonal or missing emblems, moldings, hood ornaments, tail light-Vs, rocker panels and wheels when identifying classic Cadillacs long ago - but the windshield frame confirms your theory. Looks like they put quite some effort in the conversion! I have seen such conversions with stretched VW Golf I convertible tops etc. - or even with no top at all. |
