Agree , Buick Series 90 7 passenger Phaeton Model 95 of 1931.The front bumper is not factory standard ( these were two-bladed) |

These images are superb! Thank you for posting them. The Buick is more likely a 1930 model...the 1931 editions are virtually identical visually to the 1930 models, except that the '31s have a "winged 8" radiator cap signifying the new-for-1931 straight-eight engine. This car has the plain style cap used on the 6-cylinder 1930 models. If a 1930 car, the model would be 69. |

Taken a few years to find this one but yes it is a 1930 Series 60. |
