I'm just curious to know why it's a 2000 instead of a 1998? ... |

I can picture the response from carmaker: "It's obviously a 2000 because EVERYONE except apparently the mods of this site knows the twin exhaust tips came for 2000. I used to work for Jaguar Land Rover you know. Also it's quite obvious I am just being blackmailed and biased for my identifications which totally has nothing to do with my constant passive-aggressive attitude." |

And If I picture my response to that, this could be what my response said: "Well, that's incorrect cause the pre-facelifted XJRs (1995-97) also had twin exhaust tips.... Even the 1998 facelift had them... " -- Last edit: 2023-08-24 22:25:57 |

Passive-aggressive? When you have worked in the motor industry for as long as I did you will spot that there are either passive-passive, who don’t last long, or aggressive-aggressive, who might. I mentioned a long time ago being sent on an assertiveness course, as I was thought not to reach the appropriate standard of personal aggression. The report said that I came over as incredibly aggressive and they had spent the week trying to tone me down. Boy, did we have fun! |

In all seriousness, it's true that they do have double exhaust tips as well in 1998, I guess it didn't come out in 2000.... Anyways, 1998-01. (time of movie) -- Last edit: 2023-08-25 00:45:06 |
