It’s not certain from what can be seen, but stats say nearly 4 A50s per A40 built. The smaller engine was no more economical due to the necessarily lower gearing. My A50, (OUK 478 cost me £15) was slow enough, the A40 must have been glacial. The relationship between the contemporary Morris Cowley and Oxford Cars was similar. -- Last edit: 2019-07-21 10:03:20 |
