At first I assumed this was Plymouth Laser because of those wheels, but then a quick google search shows that the Mitsu version did have them as well: And the tailights seem more Eclipse-ish as well. I looked through some Taiwanese Eclipses (you can also look and use the keyword 日蝕 and 太陽鑽 besides of Eclipse but there's nothing with that text there, and starting to think that's not a text just some scratch or random sticker.
