GMC 4500 or 5500. |
◊ 2007-09-23 22:19 |
The official film website stated that it was a 6500. |

This is definitely not worth 5 stars, only 4 at the most. It does come out quite a bit, so 4 stars may be enough. As I stated earlier, only the Camaro(s) and perhaps the Police Saleen deserve 5 stars. |

The front utility bumper is from Road Armor® http://www.roadarmor.com/ra3/index.html |

The website is wrong, it's actually a Topkick C4500. One thing i like about this truck is the blue roof lights. |

What are you blind? The Topkick deserves a 5 stars, because General Motors made a deal with Hasbro & Michael Bay. The Topkick is one of the 4 GM vehicles that definently desrves 5 stars, not 4 or 3. |

Ironhide: AUTOBOT weapon specialist and old-fashioned warrior IRONHIDE is the big stick that backs up the soft steps of OPTIMUS PRIME. Paint scarred and chrome chipped by shrapnel from a hundred battles, he is the oldest of the AUTOBOTS. His right hip is a mass of bypasses and temporary solutions, his power core and timing system are irregular, his idle is set way too high; but his optics are the sharpest on CYBERTRON, and his cannon arm is as steady as ever. OPTIMUS PRIME relies on him for tactical advice and a cool head. As long as they keep making missiles compatible with his cannons, he'll keep fighting, until every last DECEPTICON is a smoldering wreck. STRENGTH 7 INTELLIGENCE 6 SPEED 5 ENDURANCE 9 RANK 8 COURAGE 9 FIREPOWER 6 SKILL 5 |

I do not see in what this make the vehicle more important in the movie |

Totally agree with the others that this deserves no more than 4. I think 3 is perfect for this vechicle. |

Why is it that the Transformer's marker lights always have to be blue and not orange? ![]() |

It's also a 4x4 conversion, with a pickup bed installed.(95% of these you'll see are 2wd,built as chassis cabs, and are commercial vehicles.I work for a place that has 7 of them. All but one are Diesel.) |

The blue signifies it is an autobot (Ironhide, Optimus Prime) while red is for Decepticons (Megatron, Barricade) -- Last edit: 2008-10-16 09:11:28 |

love this truck alot! looks tough! i wish i had a truck like this! |

This truck is at the very least a 4 star, but it should be a 5. The truck plays one of the title characters, not just some 'ole truck that happened to be there. And besides that, it's IRONHIDE for God's sake! If anything, the GMC Topkick towtruck used to haul Bumblebee would be a 3 star, but not this truck. |
