The rear grab handles, tail light configuration and lack of tail gate would indicate the Willys MB rather than M38. The bumperettes are mounted upside down for a WWII jeep. |

The details in this picture indicate MB. Nothing suggests M38. The back end of the M38 looks completely different. |
