I think this is a Belgian version as most every country in Western Europe that didn't build 2CVs themselves was supplied with them, and I cannot find any French examples with quad tail lights. Should be an AZU by the two tow hooks (the heavier AK 350 had one single tow hook running across the lateral below the rear doors)

I think this is a Belgian version as most every country in Western Europe that didn't build 2CVs themselves was supplied with them, and I cannot find any French examples with quad tail lights.
