 anothe rreason why makes me think some soviet machine is this round exaust at the top back

plus the rounding curved hood seems to match too

 the whole boom on this vintage cable machiens are detachable and there are multiple variations you can fit it

and the roof curving also fits perfectly with soviet one it could be a differnet model or simply a different year but all this soviet shovels had same producer

it's one of this models СЭ-3 и СЭ-3у , ЭКГ-4 и ЭКГ-4,6 or ЭКГ-8 but there aren't much referenceepics on this early 50s ones , if the track chassis was visible we would know beyond any doubt
