It is rather difficult to seee which version this is. Therefore I will choose the first main version which was produced by the developing company Borgward under the name Hansa-Lloyd Typ HL kl 5 (1937-38). Between 1938 and 1945 this half-track was also produced by also produced under licence by Adler, Auto Union (Horch), Borgward, Hanomag, and Škoda. The base vehicle was also used for the armoured Sd.Kfz.251 (which we have many times listed as the post-war OT 810). Also Volvo produced it in licence as an artillery tractor. |
