I think it reads 815 YUW
The plate belongs to a Velocette but the website I used to look up the plate says it's from "2013", which is definitely not the correct model year, as Velocette folded in 1971

 UW was a London registration series, but YUW reversed (ie numbers first) was not issued in the pre seven digit system. (Comment added later, the UW reversed sequence stopped at “nnnGUW” in March 1964).

This appears to be an “age related” plate, issued to an older vehicle which has, for some reason, lost its original identification. Thus, 2013 may apply to the issue date, but that date does not necessarily match the build date of the vehicle to which the issue was made.

 DVLA have it as 500cc, wonder if it's been upgraded with MSS barrel & head (as have many Vipers with Venom bits)?

Edit: The RS3005 is the individual chassis number, not a model code.

In the past we used such cases as a chassis number when the individual # was found :)
