Honda produced 2,000 of these motorcyles specifically for motorcycle riding and training schools in the United States. They came with no VIN number since they were not intended for commercial sale, although several occasionally show up for sale. https://www.bike-urious.com/training-tool-1990-honda-cb125t/ I presume this was filmed at a real motorcycle safety school.
