 Hong Kong and Macau are seperately administrated areas where their own laws apply. That's why you so seldomly see Chinese vehicles there.

Chinese vehicles are the same price as the foreign once,
no subsidies will be paid for buying chinese vehicle. This
is Hong Kong not China mainland, every brands are equal.
Nobody will force or pay subsidies (or Pros) for any
operators to buy which brand...
