Difficult from this angle but one of my first ideas was an Austin FX3 taxi. So perhaps an Austin Ten as seen in another scene? Other ideas was that it was a far bigger saloon but judging against the length of a dray-horse has not provided any clues yet. Another scene with an unidentified saloon seen from the rear here... -- Last edit: 2019-11-12 12:21:14 |

Unidentified saloon with spare wheel on back is a Morris Eight S1, 35 to 37, or, if wheel is eezicleen, S2 37 to 39. -- Last edit: 2019-11-12 12:10:38 |

Morris Eight S1, 1935-7 or S2 1937-39 fits the bird's eye view (or camera drone these days). Radiator shape is recognisably 'Morris' and bonnet shape matches. /vehicle_55901-Morris-Eight-Series-I-1937.html Registration query either BZ 1234 or DZ 1234? Wheels possibly easi-clean more solid than wires in silhouette? -- Last edit: 2019-11-12 16:07:10 |

It's DZ xxxx in this small pic. Could be 1936 DZ 2774 with colour change aftet it's been auction fodder - https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1141142 , https://online.handh.co.uk/m/lot-details/index/catalog/117/lot/45108/ . |

(DZ) 2774 looks unlikely to me from the numbers seen. And grille looks later (plated not black) style to me in the small picture as here Link to "commons.wikimedia.org" |

The plated surround with black honeycomb is Pre-Series and Series 1 (35 to 37), vertical gills with painted surround is Series 2 (37 to 38/9). /vehicle_39615-Morris-Eight-Series-I-1935.html /vehicle_803571-Morris-Eight-Series-II-1937.html -- Last edit: 2019-11-12 17:00:36 |

First digit '4' from the on location picture (larger version) and possibly DZ 4348 or 4148? from the film rear view. |

I've been using a chromebook instead of my iPad of late, but I haven't yet worked out how to copy things, so I had to revert to the iPad to do the post above. |
