If the Targa next to it is the same car, it's a one-off coachbuilt version, but I think that's something different - but still Italian one-off, maybe Fiat or Lancia?? White at top is a Sabra GT from Israel - a Reliant design with Ford UK bits, including Consul engine. Black saloon - something Taunusy?? Or Moskvich 403???
