 This is a Mercedes-Benz 300d Hardtop-Limousine [W189] (1957-62). Visible differences to the earlier 300 [W186 II], 300b [W186 III], 300c [W186 IV] are the fog-lights, the missing B-pillar, the shape of the rear triangle window and the rear window.
