 Agree, might even be S. Handlebar bumpers, sliding windows so either UK car or local build (if NZ) to UK format. Not an Aus-build (which were Morris badge and grille and most had wind-up windows with quarterlights. Never seen a UK Cooper in that shade of green (if screen effect is accurate) or with whitewalls.So early 1963-ish NZ build Austin Cooper my best guess.
