Special guest appearance by the Chevrolet Aveo sedan. |

PS. Curb-parked to the right is a new Infiniti G sedan, an ancient Suzuki Swift (I guess, could be one of those Fireflys) and what appears to be a Volvo S60. |

Firefly was for Canada and Middle-East. I do not know if these scenes were made in USA or Canada though. |

LLC = looks like California I've mentioned the Firefly as this is the nameplate I remember out of the multitude GM used on those. For me, it looks like the Swift, but I am not really familiar with the NA variations of those. |

The IMDB says this was filmed in Los Angeles, Vancouver, Mexico and Jamaica. This location must be in either Los Angeles or Vancouver. |

This is definitely Los Angeles. |

2005-2006 since it appears to have the black B-pillar trim |

2005 for sure due to final year sedan version of GM Daewoo platform [T200] in US market. |

The 'Swift' in the background is actually a 1992-1994 Geo Metro in the semi-rare, gas-sipping XFi form |
◊ 2010-07-07 06:24 |
Didn't the XFi have 49 HP, instead of the regular 55HP of other Metros? |
◊ 2010-07-07 09:25 |
yes jettalover because of the different camshaft and ECU programming the XFi had 6 less HP than other Metros (all 1st gen Metros has the 1.0 litre 3-cylinder Suzuki Engine) The XFi was also lighter as it was more "bare to the bones" and was marketed for maximum fuel economy (53mpg city/58mpg highway) Metro XFi was awarded "Most Fuel Efficient Car in America" every year that it was sold. |

No optional auto trans for the XFi? Stick only? |
◊ 2010-07-09 11:24 |
correct |
◊ 2010-07-11 04:06 |
No air conditioning for the XFi? |
◊ 2010-07-11 08:42 |
nope no A/C interestingly that the Geo Metro was based on the Suzuki Swift and the Chevy Aveo (its successor) was also sold as the Suzuki Swift+ in Canada -- Last edit: 2010-07-11 09:07:00 |

If you guys are talking about the Geo Metro XFi so much about that, I think this deserved a page of own with comments in it... |
