Presumably this is intended to be a Willys MB, although they were not made with tailgates. The seats, steering column, and gearshift certainly appear much more modern than the Cuban Revolution, and there appears to be a side-marker light on the hood. Could this be a Mahindra? |

As SN95 mentions several modifications present. IF a Jeep then most likely a CJ3A that has been modified using available parts. It has a civilian dash and CJ3A based windshield. The spare tire bracket & fuel can holder are not Jeep nor the hood hinges. Where the same vehicle is seen in other views the wheelbase appears longer (in the front) than normal. It may be Mahindra? Much of the interior looks modern as does the spare tire bracket. |

... steering column and possibly the wheel. And the rear lights with reversers. |

I didn't even notice the rear lights. Good call. According to motorera.com/history, "backup lights" (as I have always heard them called) were not required until the 1960s, although they were available as accessories before then. |
